Welcome to your fully renovated 30A retreat, thoughtfully designed for large groups seeking both comfort and style along Florida's most sought-after stretch of coast. Perfectly located in Seacrest Beach, just minutes from Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach, this stunning home sleep 16 and offers brand new coastal interiors, spacious gathering areas, and effortless access to everything that makes 30A unforgettable. The pictures are pre-rehab to give you an idea of house layout. There are new floors, paint, coffee bar, fixtures, and furnishings. Pictures will be updated by end of May. This will be the newest rehab in Seacrest and will be nice.

Designed for Groups (Sleeps 16 Comfortably):
This home sleeps 16 comfortably. Every bedroom includes its own private ensuite bathroom giving your group the space & privacy everyone appreciates. The sleeping layout includes 2 Master Suites (both with private ensuite bathrooms- 1 downstairs & 1 upstairs), 1 Queen Bedroom with ensuite bathroom (upstairs), 1 Queen over Queen Bunk Room with ensuite bathroom (upstairs), Built in Bunk Room (sleeps 4) with ensuite bathroom (upstairs). Whether you are traveling with multiple families or a group of friends, everyone has their own space.

Brand New Interior + Thoughtful Touches:
This home has been fully renovated in Spring 2026 from top to bottom, featuring light, bright coastal design and all new furnishings. Brand new renovation = clean, fresh & modern. We do not have pics of the interior yet rehab will be complete mid May, will add pics as soon as available.

Beach & Pool Days Made Easy (6 Complimentary Backpack Beach Chairs + 2 umbrellas):
The neighborhood has PRIVATE deeded beach access & a 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool with onsite food & drinks (seasonally) and lounge chairs (first come first serve). Wrist bands are needed to access beach & pool. Six backpack beach chairs plus 2 umbrellas are included with rental and are stored at house. We pre-reserved a beach setup (5 chairs + umbrella, Mon-Fri) from La Dolce Vida for summer stays (May 30- Aug 14) often in a great location. Optional and not included and we'll send details & pricing after booking. Also, there is a seasonal tram service that takes you to the Beach access which runs March - October every day 9am - 5:30pm. Simply walk out your door to the nearest tram stop & one should arrive within 15 minutes of a call, or it is an easy 7–10-minute walk.

Beach Access & What to Expect:
Designated Access Only: Much of the beach along 30A is private or restricted. Please use the specific access point provided in your check in details.
Wristbands: These must be carried at all times for beach & pool access.
Beach Setup: As mentioned above, we pre-reserved a beach setup (5 chairs + umbrella, Mon-Fri) from La Dolce Vida for summer stays (May 30- Aug 14) often in a great location. Optional and not included and we'll send details & pricing after booking.

Getting Around 30A
Bikes Are a Great Option (4 Complimentary Unisex Bikes w/ Baskets):
The 30A bike path makes it easy to explore nearby towns and get around neighborhood and to beach access. We are providing 4 unisex bikes with baskets. Others can be rented at Peddler's Pavilion or any bike rental shop.
Parking: Up to 5 parking passes come with this rental. You can easily fit 3 cars in the driveway & any gravel bays in the area belong to the HOA and are valid for any guest to utilize with appropriate parking pass.
Traffic: During peak seasons, 30A traffic can be slow - plan accordingly.

Community Amenities
Amenity Packet: Guests must complete an online registration form 48 hours before arrival to receive their amenity wristband and parking passes. After completing registration, you will receive directions for picking up your amenities packet at guest services in the pool area (you can enter through any 6 of the marked pool entrances).
Lagoon Pool Access: One of the largest in the area - hours and access rules apply.
Tram Service - Seasonal Beach Shuttle from March - October. It can fill quickly during busy times.
Guest Limits - Amenities are restricted to registered guests only - no outside visitors permitted.

Community Rules
Quiet Hours: Please respect neighborhood quiet hours.
No Parties or Events: This is a residential community with HOA rules.
Occupancy Limits: Maximum guest count must be followed at all times.
Trash: Follow the provided schedule and use designated bins
Prohibited items at the private beach: Wagons, wheeled coolers, tents and canopies.
No Golf Cart or Low Speed Vehicles in Seacrest neighborhood as of 1/1/22.

Weather & Seasonal Note
Hurricane Season: June - November (travel insurance is recommended).

HANK'S Hideaway
Hank was our Cockalier Spaniel. He loved the water and would have claimed this place as his own the second he saw it. He was chill, fun and effortlessly easy-going - always up for an adventure, a swim or a long afternoon nap in the sun. That spirit is exactly what we hope to capture here. Hank's Hideaway is a place to slow down, laugh easily, soak up the salt air, and make the kind of memories that stick. We miss Hank and this home is our small way of carrying his joy forward.
